Rosemary McClure is an award-winning Los Angeles–based travel and lifestyles writer and editor. Her work appears in the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, and Seattle Times, as well as Yahoo! Travel, Coast Magazine, Better Homes & Gardens, Preservation Magazine, Islands, and Philips Publishing. McClure won Lowell Thomas Travel Writer of the Year award twice, the highest honor bestowed on North American travel writers; she is also a two-time winner of the University of Missouri Lifestyle Award. She has a master’s degree from the University of Southern California and has taught at the University of California and California State colleges.
