Stephanie Herold, MPH is a researcher for the Abortion Onscreen program at Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH). She has co-authored more than half a dozen peer-reviewed papers focusing on the depiction of abortion on television, abortion stigma, and self-managed abortion. She is a sought-after expert on abortion research, appearing on a variety of media outlets including the Huffington Post, Jezebel, MTV, Rolling Stone, and many others. Her non-academic writing has been featured in The Conversation, Glamour, The Hill, Romper, and Marie Claire, among others. Steph currently serves on the Board of Directors of All-Options, and previously served on numerous governing and advisory boards. Steph has a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College, and a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University.
