Nicholas Sawicki, associate professor and chair of the Department of Art, Architecture, and Design at Lehigh University, is a historian of early-20th-century European art. He writes frequently on modernism in Prague and was recently Distinguished Scholar at the Leonard A. Lauder Research Center for Modern Art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
