Katie Gaddini is a writer and sociologist. She is a Senior Teaching Fellow at University College, London, and a research fellow at University of Cambridge and the University of Johannesburg, departments of Sociology. Previously, she worked as an international social worker in four different countries. She holds master’s degrees from Boston College and the London School of Economics, and a PhD in sociology from the University of Cambridge. She is currently writing a book based on four years of in-depth ethnographic research with single evangelical women. A native Californian, Katie now lives in London.
