Juliana Romano was born in New York, New York, and grew up in Santa Monica, California. She received a BA from Wesleyan University and an MFA in Painting from UCLA. She is the author of two Young Adult novels, First There Was Forever and Summer in the Invisible City. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
