Carol Senf

Carol Senf is a professor in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication at Georgia Tech. She is fascinated by the Brontës, and her interest in Charlotte’s and Emily’s vampire narratives led her to author The Vampire in Nineteenth Century English Literature (1988). As a teacher, Senf incorporates works by women writers into her classes, and she also encourages students to think about social justice in race, class, and economic opportunities.
