Bradley Wester is a visual artist, writer, and cultural activist. The title chapter of his forthcoming memoir Shiny Object was nominated for a Pushcart Prize and for Best American Essays, and another chapter, “Brothers Katrina,” won the 2016 Fresher Writing Prize for Creative Non-fiction. His writing has appeared in Filthy Dreams and Whitehot Magazine of Contemporary Art.
