Abbie Reese
Abbie Reese is author of Dedicated to God: An Oral History of Cloistered Nuns (Oxford University Press, 2013) and director of the 2017 documentary film, Chosen (Custody of the Eyes). A dual citizen of the United States and Luxembourg, she is writing a book about reclaiming her great-great-great grandfather’s Luxembourgish nationality She has an MFA in visual arts from the University of Chicago and is currently a creative nonfiction candidate in the MFA in Creative Writing and Writing for the Performing Arts program at the University of California, Riverside.
