Rachel DeWoskin is the award-winning author of five novels: Someday We Will Fly; Banshee; Blind; Big Girl Small; Repeat After Me; and the memoir Foreign Babes in Beijing, which is being developed for TV. DeWoskin’s poetry collection, Two Menus, was published in 2020, and her essays and poems have appeared in publications including The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Ploughshares, and New Voices from the Academy of American Poets. She is an associate professor of Practice in the Arts at UChicago and affiliated faculty in Jewish and East Asian Studies.
