Paul Nelson

Paul Nelson was, in the words of Bob Dylan, a "folk-music scholar" who in 1965 went electric and pioneered rock criticism. A legendary editor for Rolling Stone magazine, he also discovered the New York Dolls. Throughout it all, movies remained his first love.
