Nancy Jooyoun Kim was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Her work has appeared in The Rumpus, Electric Literature, Selected Shorts on NPR/PRI, Asian American Writers’ Workshop’s The Margins, and elsewhere. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she’s writing a novel and personal essays.
