Luca Provenzano is a PhD candidate in History at Columbia University. His research traces the evolution of protest management tactics and the “maintenance of order” in France, West Germany, and Great Britain/Northern Ireland. Luca is the 2017-2018 Columbia selection for the Columbia/Sciences Po PhD exchange programme and was a 2015 recipient of the Alliance Call for Doctoral Mobility. He has been a fellow at the Institute for Comparative Literature and Society since 2013.
