Annenberg School of Journalism graduate students and staff share their reflections on what makes Los Angeles home.
Lajja Mistry is a multimedia journalist from India. She received her master’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern California. Her work is mainly focused on stories about culture, gender, and the South Asian experience. She is interested in features, profiles, and long-form visual narratives. She is also an avid photographer and is the photo-social editor for Annenberg Media, where she is a regular contributor. Her work has also been featured in the Los Angeles Times and Ampersand.
