Kate Millar is a poet and essayist from Edinburgh, Scotland, currently based in Brooklyn. She holds an MFA in poetry from The New School, where she was awarded the Paul Violi Prize in Poetry, and an MA in English from the University of St Andrews, where she received the Principal’s Scholarship and Lawson Memorial Prize for English literature. Her work appears in atmospheric quarterly, BOMB, Cleveland Review of Books, Cutleaf Journal, Ekstasis, Gutter, Last Stanza Poetry Journal, and elsewhere.
