James S. Tobias

James Tobias is an associate professor in the Department of English at the University of California, Riverside. His research interests include technics and technoculture, music–image relations, experimental media cultures, and theories of gender, sexuality, and embodiment. He is the author of Sync: Stylistics of Hieroglyphic Time, published by Temple University Press.
