Elisha Waldman, MD, FAAHPM, is the associate chief of the division of pediatric palliative care at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and the author of the forthcoming book This Narrow Space: A Pediatric Oncologist, His Jewish, Muslim, and Christian Patients, and a Hospital in Jerusalem.
