    Richard Kramer began his career writing for The New Yorker. He has written and produced such television shows as thirtysomething, My So-Called Life, Once and Again, and the adaptation of Tales of the City. These Things Happen, his first novel, was published in November. Here Kramer discusses that novel and other topics with LARB's Colin Marshall.
