LARB Internships

Los Angeles Review of Books offers internships every fall, spring, and summer, for undergraduate students in their junior or senior year.

LARB interns gain real-world, hands-on magazine work experience. This program is designed to train students for careers in editing and copyediting, publicity, marketing, fundraising, educational and public programming, and/or social media on behalf of a major magazine and literary arts nonprofit.

Summer Internships

Internship period: June 1 - August 28, 2026.

Summer Internship applications are open March 13 - April 10, 2026.

Internship applications for our Social Media Internship, funded by the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, run from April 1 - April 17, 2026.
