Vladimir Zimakov

Vladimir Zimakov, a Boston-based Moscow-born and Texas-raised former Angeleno, is a celebrated book cover artist and associate professor at art and design at Lasell College. The list of his book jackets speaks for itself: The Diary of a Madman by Nikolai Gogol, Moby Dick by Herman Melville, linocut illustrations for Walpurgisnacht and the Golem by Gustav Meyrink, as well as, most recently, Hag-Seed by Margaret Atwood and Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.
