Victoria Bugge Øye

Victoria Bugge Øye is a Norwegian writer and critic based in New York. She is currently a contributor to Domus and participant in the 2013 Lisbon Architecture Triennale. Øye is also working on the exhibition and oral history project Nicht Realisiert: In Search of Lost Experience, Vienna 1968-1972, which focuses on the reception of Coop Himmelblau’s early installations. She has previously studied architecture, aesthetical theory and urban geography, and graduated from M.S. Critical, Curatorial & Conceptual Practices in Architecture at GSAPP, Columbia University, in 2012. In 2012-13 she was the Power Corporation of Canada Curatorial Intern at the Canadian Center for Architecture. Beginning in the fall of 2013 she will be a PhD candidate in the history and theory of architecture at Princeton University.
