Colin Fleming

Colin Fleming’s work has appeared in The Atlantic, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Sports Illustrated, Vice, The New Yorker, and The Washington Post, with recent fiction appearing in the VQR, Commentary, Boulevard, AGNI, Post Road, Black Clock, and Cincinnati Review. He is the author of The Anglerfish Comedy Troupe: Stories from the Abyss (Dzanc), and is completing a novel about a reluctant piano prodigy called The Freeze Tag Sessions, in addition to a nonfiction volume, Same Band You’ve Never Known: An Alternative Musical History of the Beatles, a children’s book called Silas Beaverton: The Beaver Who Tried to Dam the Ocean, and Many Moments More: Essays on the Art of Endurance. He’s a regular contributor to NPR’s Weekend Edition.
