Maya Chhabra is a writer and translator living in New York. Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in various venues, including Mezzo Cammin and Strange Horizons. Her short fiction has been published by Cast of Wonders and Anathema, and a historical novel is forthcoming next year. She translated Marina Tsvetaeva’s play Fortune from the Russian; the translation appeared in Cardinal Points. She studied Russian and Government at Georgetown University.
