Lindsay Wilhelm

Lindsay Wilhelm is an assistant professor of English at Oklahoma State University. Her research and teaching interests include Victorian literature and science, aestheticism and decadence, the global 19th century, and popular literature. She recently finished an essay on dandyism in 1890s Hawai‘i — part of a collection under contract at Cambridge — and is currently knee-deep in a book project about the intersection of evolutionary science and the “art for art’s sake” movement. Like many millennials, she enjoys rock climbing and has plants in lieu of children.
