<p>The noose is making a comeback. In spite of the long, sordid and abhorrent history of lynching, some recently continue to <a href="http://www.theroot.com/another-noose-found-by-mlk-mural-in-dc-1795783566">hang nooses in</a> public spaces because they understand the power of the symbol.
