Anna Hájková is associate professor of modern central European history at the University of Warwick. She is the author of The Last Ghetto: An Everyday History of Theresienstadt (Oxford University Press, 2020). She is currently Käthe Leichter chair for Gender Studies at the University of Vienna. She has published widely on prisoner society, sexuality, and medicine in the Holocaust.
