Gerard Magliocca

Gerard Magliocca is the Samuel R. Rosen Professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. His latest book, which was profiled on C-Span in November, is a biography of John Bingham, the principal framer of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution and one of the prosecutors in the trial of John Wilkes Booth's accomplices. Currently, he is researching a "Team of Rivals" style biography on the four Supreme Court Justices ("The Four Horsemen") who defied FDR and opposed much of the New Deal.
