Lisa Anchin is a Brooklyn-based illustrator who considers herself a doodler and dabbler in the absurd. She is “rather fond of both hogwash and nonsense and am easily recognizable by the blue streaks of paint on my face, the stubborn smudges of ink beneath my fingernails, and the unruly mass of red hair that threatens to attack anyone who gets too close.” She has an MFA from the School of Visual Arts' Illustration as Visual Essay program.
