Kimberly Zieselman, JD, is an intersex woman, lawyer, and the executive director of interACT: Advocates for Intersex Youth, and has more than 20 years of experience in advocacy and nonprofit advocacy including director of Government Relations for Boston Children’s Hospital. Kimberly served on the board of the AIS-DSD Support Group, the largest intersex support group in the US. In 2015, Kimberly participated in the UN Office of the High Commissioner’s Expert Intersex Consultation and in 2017 as an intersex expert in the deliberation and finalization of YP+10, the new 10th anniversary supplementary document to Yogyakarta Principles on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.
