Ayad Akhtar

A playwright and novelist whose work has been published and performed in over two dozen languages, Ayad Akhtar is the winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and an Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. He is the author of the novel American Dervish. His plays include Disgraced, Junk, The Who & The What and The Invisible Hand. He lives in New York City.
