Andriy Lyubka is a prizewinning Ukrainian poet, novelist, and essayist. His most recent English-language publication is the novel Carbide (Jantar Publishing, 2020) — a translation of what first appeared in Ukrainian in 2015. He himself also translates — poetry and prose from Polish, Croatian, Serbian, and English into Ukrainian. Lyubka curates two international poetry festivals and is a member of PEN International’s Ukrainian Centre. He lives in Uzhhorod, Ukraine.
