Alison Anderson is a translator and the author of two novels, Hidden Latitudes and Darwin’s Wink. She has translated three of Muriel Barbery’s novels from French for Europa Editions, as well as The Sexual Life of an Islamist in Paris by Leïla Marouane, The Most Beautiful Book in the World by Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt, and A Novel Bookstore by Laurence Cossé (for which she was a finalist for the French American Foundation and Florence Gould Translation Award).
