TAVI GEVINSON is the founder and editor-in-chief of the online Rookie Magazine. As an 11-year-old, Gevinson's fashion blog, Style Rookie, began garnering attention and earned Gevinson invitations to New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week along with commissions to write articles for Harper's Bazaar and Barneys.com. In 2011 she decided to shift her focus away from fashion and she founded Rookie Magazine, a web magazine written for and mostly by teenage girls. The magazine has featured guest contributors like Judd Apatow, Miranda July and Lena Dunham, and it has spawned two book issues, including 2013's Rookie Yearbook Two. Gevinson has also acted, including a supporting role in the 2013 feature film Enough Said, and she has twice appeared on Forbes annual "30 Under 30: Media" list.
