Naomi Waltham-Smith

Naomi Waltham-Smith is assistant professor of music at the University of Pennsylvania. She is author of Music and Belonging Between Revolution and Restoration and of several articles on listening and European philosophy. She is currently writing a book on “The Sound of Biopolitics” and is also engaged in a global project on soundscapes of urban precarity.
