Emery Petchauer

Emery Petchauer is the author of Hip-Hop Culture in College Students’ Lives: Elements, Embodiment, and Higher Edutainment (Routledge), and the co-editor of the forthcoming Schooling Hip-Hop: Expanding Hip-Hop Based Education Across the Curriculum (Teachers College Press). He is an assistant professor of urban education in the Department of Teacher Development and Educational Studies at Oakland University.
