[VIDEO] The Beat Generation
The Centre Pompidou's Satellite Museum in Metz, France recently unveiled "BEAT GENERATION," a multimedia exhibition celebrating Allen Ginsberg and his literary partners-in-crime. Writer-curator Jean-Jacques Lebel, Ginsberg's long time friend and translator, assembled material over a 20-year period to curate the show. Here, Michael Kurcfeld interviews Jean-Jacques about Ginsberg, the Beat ethos, and the exhibition.
