Paul McAuley
Paul McAuley is the author of numerous short stories and more than twenty books, including science-fiction novels, thrillers, and a Doctor Who novella, and coedited an anthology of original stories about popular music. His most recent novels are Cowboy Angels (Pyr) and In The Mouth of the Whale (Gollancz); his story "The Choice" won the 2012 Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Award. After working for twenty years as a research biologist and university lecturer, he is now a full-time writer, and lives in North London.
